How to get there ?

From Istanbul Atatürk Airport (IST):
Swissôtel - The Bosphorus is located 25 kilometres away , approximately 30 - 40 minutes' drive.

Getting to the Hotel :
Both airport terminals are connected to the metro system, which runs directly to the city centre. Single tickets cost about 2 TRY (1 Euro = approx. 2 TRY).

The Havas Airport bus departs every 30 minutes for the main bus terminal and Taksim Square, in central Istanbul. The journey takes is about 30 - 40 minutes. Bus number 96 runs between the airport and the city centre, and a shuttle bus runs to the port. Taxis wait outside Arrivals; There are established fixed prices and the fare to the city centre should be about 30 TRY-40 TRY.

Driving directions. From Istanbul Atatürk Airport:
Take Highway E5 east.
At Beşiktaş turn right.
Drive to the end of Barbaros Boulevard.
Turn right.
The hotel is one kilometre away on the right.

The International Conference on “Advances in Welding Science and Technology for Construction, Energy and Transportation Systems (AWST-2010)” will be held on 15-16 July 2010 at Swissôtel - The Bosphorus, Istanbul.

Meals During The Annual Assembly

Daily coffee breaks will be provided.
Turkish Cuisine is famous throughout the world and appreciated for the variety and simplicity of its traditional recipes.The superior quality of the ingredients used are also guarantees of delicious meals. For a quick lunch, there are several restaurants offerng international menus within the hotel compound, or other food options in close proximity to the Annual Assembly venue.
